A big shout out to Rory and all the staff at Cedarwood, they are so highly professional and accommodating and I could not have asked for a better experience. I purchased a kitchen fit out, and I have to say I couldn't imagine being more satisfied with the service and fitting. I can't recommend cedarwood enough, if you're looking for experts in home furnishing, you won't find better. 10/10"

"We bought a fitted kitchen from Linda there back in May 2019. She gave us some fantastic advice and we made a couple of revisions. We were very happy with the quality and the fitting team were excellent. Sean looked after a couple of small issues post fitting. I would highly recommend Cedarwood kitchens."

"We visited the shop in June and placed a deposit on a suite of furniture on the understanding that it would be available in 6-8 weeks. I rang to pay the balance after 8 weeks and was told that the items would not be in store for a further 6-8 weeks. Needless to say this was inconvenient & I was annoyed as the store had not proactively reached out to me, however I agreed to wait until late September. I rang again 2 days before the furniture was due and was told it would be another 3 weeks. Again no outreach from the store, I felt I was chasing them for updates. I spoke with the manager Danny and he tried to assure me they were about to call & it was all the fault of the supplier/the pandemic/anyone but themselves. I found his manner rude & he spoke over me on a number of occasions. I was told there was nothing at all he could do & that I wouldn’t be able to get a suite of furniture anywhere else, that every furniture shop had the same issues. This, of course, turned out to be total nonsense & once I had my deposit back, I bought a suite from Michael Murphy which was delivered promptly & as agreed. The whole experience was very disappointing & I will not be doing business with Cedarwood again."

"I paid a visit to your store in New Ross yesterday. I was looking to get a price for an island for my kitchen. There were no staff members in the kitchen department but after hanging around for a while the guy from the furniture department came up to make a coffee. We approached him and told him what we were looking for and he told us that the guy who works in that department had gone to lunch and anyway we needed an appointment. I have absolutely no problem in what he told us but it was the way he said it and his whole manner was so rude. Before going upstairs I had picked out a floor rug and some cushions I had planned to get before we left but needless to say we we were not giving him a sale. I won’t be visiting your store again which is a pity as I have bought numerous things from you over the years. Carmel"
