"If I could give a 0 star I would- Worst customer experience and staff I've ever dealt with. Ordered a 1 seater and 3 seater, was told they would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. They came 6 months later. I understand that there are shipping delays outside their control, however, not once did I receive a phone call or were notified of change of dates. I would always have to call them. On top of that, the wrong size couch arrived (2 and a 1 seater). Rang them to arrange to have the 3 seater delivered, however, it would be another 3 months wait. We waited 3 months, then another 2, (after us calling them several times for updates) and the couch was finally ready to be shipped. YAY! Only now they got the colour wrong. We needed to wait another 3 months! Waited ANOTHER 3 months and still no couch, I called them once again to be told they dis-continued that particular couch. You couldn't make it up! In the end we waited OVER a year and 2 months for a couch we didn't receive. Never will I shop there again!!!"
