"Went here as we live in town and said we would give the business to someone local, we got a few items that amounted to about €1000 and were very happy with the staff and the items we bought, on returning home we found that we had bought a mattress that was a little bit soft for us so we said we would ring and see if something could be done. As with most places a lot of them offer 100 nights sleep before you could return the mattress if you were not happy with it and some mattress company's offer this through their distributors. Anyways long story short rang up and was told nothing they could do as it was on sale! Which is fair enough but wasnt really good enough to be honest we then asked if we returned to the store to purchase another mattress which was going to be 800 was their anything they could do for us( small discount maybe) and was told no again which I thought was horrible business, turning a returning customer off spending another 800 in store! Poor experience and will not be returning to store along with friends and family. Staff very good and helpful and knowledgeable but that's about it. I will now be giving my money to a bigger company and businesses wonder why people dont shop local."
