"The staff are very rude, arrogant and impatient. They communicate with you as if they were berating livestock. The required documents given on the website could be different from what they ask from you, so you may be asked for additional documents that not listed. Once such a problem occurs, they would not allow you to say a word, but sternly scolde you for preparing the documents exactly match what they said. They also keep saying that they are exhausted all the time, and once the applicant is short of documents, they hint that you are a fool who can't read documents list, and such delaying behavior is extremely sinful. Overall, every time I go to the office is a nightmare. The negativity of the staff affects my lifestyle for a long period - This could my own fault."
