And honestly, Winnie represnts highest quality of customer service. "Contacted rear facing after a friend recommended them to me. Winnie was very knowledgable and talked me through all the different options and price points with the seats she has in stock. She met us in a pre-arranged location with a few options for us to assess and fit the seat for us and also made sure that we understood how to install it ourselves. She took care that the option we picked fit with our other car seat and even went back to the manufacturer with a query on placement of seats. Any follow up questions have also been dealt with so there’s a good after service as well. Would definitely recommend"
"Winnie was quick to answer, even during a bank holiday weekend! Our purchase arrived to Galway very quickly and she kept me informed of the shipping details. On our first use of the inflatable car seat, we were having some technical difficulties (user errors). I emailed her early in the morning, and she phoned me on our way to the airport to make sure we had all the info we needed before our flight. She even followed up 2 days later to make sure we were satisfied and everything was working as it should. GREAT customer service. GREAT product too! Nachfolger inflatable car seat."
