"Fantastic place for children. The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. Great place for kids to run of steam while you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee. We most definitely will be back."
"Apart from the price increase (supervising adults), some staff members are on the rude side. Toilets are in a poor state (slippy floors , no toilet paper & ice cold). Most alarmingly, no tables were cleaned whilst I was there and a member of staff collected small balls with a pan and brush to place them back into the ball pit - the same pan and brush was used to collect dirt immediately after. I have had several children’s parties during the years here and attended several but todays visit has opened my eyes."
"Soft play area for kids is the pits no tables cleaned down after party's and over crowded plus the price seems to rise every time I bring my kid..8, 9 and 10 euro on 3 separate occasions..plenty of better play areas for kids if your willing to travel this place certainly reflects west of Ireland..f#£k all there."
