"Great place for kids for a fun outing. They do kids party's. The kids loved it, great value, and the party rooms are nice (3), with one of them downstairs so its accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend. Parents can use the cafe whilst kids running around and have full view of them. There's 3 different areas for kids to play in depending on there age. It's not too loud either. Baby changing area there too."

"Disappointed with our experience at Clown around. Very expensive for 1 hours play. The under 2 area was padlocked on arrival so my 16 month old and 3 year old were in the under 5 area with much older children coming in and out unintentionally hurting them etc as kids do. The issue is that when I asked for the smaller area to be opened for the younger kids to play safely the staff were extremely rude and made me feel like a hinderance for asking. I was even told I needed to stand at the gate to keep the bigger kids out!! Partner handed the same staff member €5 to get change for the tractor and was only handed a €2 and €1 euro coin. When he asked for the rest of the change the staff member rolled her eyes to heaven after trying to contradict how much she had given back. Lights were not turned on and the place was very cold. The play area was clean and we'll kept but definitely some more staff training required on customer service. We won't be returning as there are much better play areas in the laois area."

"3 one stick wafer bars for 5 euro. I understand things are hard with insurance and so forth but that's extortion. The entry is gone up which is understandable but I don't think these places have to screw their customers behind the counter. Prices will go up but over 200% profit? it isn't the customers fault the government have allowed insurance companies do what they like in Ireland! I was there 1.20 minutes and not one staff member checked on the kids in the whole time. A young boy was following another child around throwing a ball into his face while his father sat around the corner away from everyone on his phone. The lady who looked liked the grandmother left the premises because of it. Probably afraid to say anything to the father, he was about 6.3 and 250lb. I would say that women was delighted that she paid the extra for everything and not one staff member came out to see what was going on! Two staff flat out behind the counter. Business need to open and make money but screwing customers is not the answer. We are all willing to support businesses and pay the extra but people don't want to feel as if they're being taken advantage of either!"

"This is one of the few places you can take your kid for an indoor play especially during winter. The rides are very limited, staffs are nice, the total area is not too big. Having said that, this is better than nothing. Kids will love it."
