"Séamus (who I believe was only just covering a shift for someone in the Kilrush store) was absolutely incredible. Extremely friendly both over the phone when I rang ahead and in person. Made the exchanging of items stress free and never made me feel like an inconvenience in doing so. Fantastic knowledge of the items in the shop and was able to talk me through different shoes with ease. Was only in the shop for 10 mins and everything was sorted and left with a smile on my face. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for Séamus!!"

"Bought a "new" suit. I was never so disappointed in my life, the staff were lovely to be fair however I had to return my waist coat as all the lining on the inside was ripped. However fool me, I never checked the suit jacket. All the lining of the inside of the suit jacket was ripped also saw the signs of alterations which didn't happen on my part as when I bought the suit it was off the shelf. The only thing I bought that was good was the shoes and I am only thinking are they new. I will never ever buy anything from Patrick burkes again, and I would warn to check the quality of the product before you buy"
