"A very unpleasant atmosphere as soon as we entered the shop. Nobody took any interest in us to give advice or ask about the size even though in such a small shop there were three people at the checkout but they were busy with themselves rather than with people who wanted to buy shoes. I had the impression that I had been given a thief's sticker from the moment I entered, and when my son picked out his shoes, the saleswoman had all the boxes brought in, and she was very meticulous in checking that we had not switched them."
