"Had a terrible experience here in the summer, wanted to buy myself some sandals and was ignored by staff, I made several attempts to get their attention but I was ignored. Really liked the sandals but couldn’t bring myself to buy them because the customer service was so poor. Really disappointing and wouldn’t shop there again. Disappointing because I really like to shop local and in my experience Kilkenny is a lovely place to shop in."
