Both colleagues from the Clinic & Estee lauder counters were extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. "Went in to purchase an item that was reading in stock on website. None there when I got there but lady was extremely helpful in ordering the item for me for delivery to store. Collected today but the assistant behind the pharmacy counter actually rolled her eyes when I said I'd to collect something. It was 6 and shop was closing. These however are new hours that are only starting this week and I wasn't aware. Normally closes at 7 and Google still not updated to new hours, I checked before I travelled. Maybe just an off day. Its a nice boots, they've a great selection of items and baby clothes are lovely but sparse at the minute."
