I placed an online order and got my confirmation email etc. Got an email from their customer service the next day who said that my items were actually out of stock. They apologized and held their hand up and said it was their fault, that they'd been really busy and the items weren't taken off the website in a timely manner. I was then offered a full, or partial refund, or the choice to select two similar items that they did have in stock which they sent me links to. It was completely personalized and I just think it was a brilliant response. I chose two new similar items without any fuss and the order was completed. Because of the friendly manner in which it was handled, and the personalized nature of it, I am 100% a happy customer. Would highly recommend these guys from a product and service point of view and and judging from the rest of the reviews, they seem to be really on the ball."
