"This is not the place to go if you are looking for quality work. If customer service was a priority, they would take responsibility for their appalling workmanship and lack of a basic understanding of sewing and measuring. When someone creates a problem this impactful, trusting them to resolve or correct it is not an option. They ruined my dress."

"Frustrating, left in all of my kids school jumpers as I was told the school name would be done on them the next day, he would text apparently when they were done. I thought oh that's great. I didn't hear anything off the company, tried ringing but the contact number kept going to voice mail. I called in twice, the guy who does this work wasn't there, left my details, but there was no communication back to me. I tried ringing again. Called in a third time...over a week later..the guy who does the work wasn't there again. I insisted that he be contacted by another staff member, he didn't reply immediately of course. I was back at my car when the lady came out saying the jumpers are ready. Went back, collected them and paid for them. It's a nice job on the jumpers, school name may be an inch too high toward the neck line, but it's fine. It's such a shame they can't seem to communicate at all even when I presented and explained myself twice over the course of a week. It would really turn me off going there again."
