The gentleman with the English accent could not have been more rude when I returned two items recently that did but fit. The same man served me at initial purchase and was all chatty and nice. Also there was a girl there and she gave out in a nice way to step off foot analysis as I thought anyone could test it out as there was no sign saying no customer allowed to step on machine.
