Definitely go here if you are looking for a shoe for a specific reason like overpronation or arch support, they'll help you out. The other stores nearby I went to nearby are really only selling for the shoe style and the staff know next to nothing. Highly recommend Elverys for sure."
"Stood in the boot area downstairs for 15 mins waiting to be served. Wanted to buy boots for nephew & he was with me to try them on. No one came to assist. Went to till upstairs- told there was only 2 on duty (can't see why 1 of those can't be downstairs) so couldn't try anything on. Gave feedback that I don't see how they can sell anything in they don't have enough staff & she just shrugged her shoulders. Then bought what we wanted from lifestyle. Customer service is poor (here & in the small outlet in Corbett court."
