"I was in Shaw's Portlaoise this afternoon. I bought a Bistro Table set and a pair of ladies trousers. Before I bought the table I needed a bit more info. I sought the assistance of a nearby member of Staff. Her name was Aoife. I can't sing her praises high enough. She checked to see if the set folded away. Which it did, and then checked that it was in stock. She finally checked that I was entitled to the Active Retirement Discount again I was. The icing on the cake was. She put the set into a trolley and wheeled and loaded into my friends car. I couldn't believe it when she said she was still at school and only worked part time. I always get great service in Shaw's. But she was so lovely and polite and helpful. And I think good service and helpful staff should be acknowledged. Thank you again for great service. Regards Yvonne Porter."
