"CHECK EURONICS RETURN POLICY BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING AT FLAHERTYS Euronics.. Shocking treatment of 2 old age Pensioners... Purchased a TV for Ukranian Refugees and tried to get a refund the following Day for the un-opened TV... The Young manager Brian ??? ( who would not give his full name ) Kept our money and gave us a voucher. We went thru the store and pointed out there was nothing we needed in the store. Another Pensioner witnessed this and felt it was very unfair as the item was not an open box return. He also vowed NOT to return and pointed out the appealing potholed state of the car park... Flaherty Ennis and the Young Manager in particular are not good embassadors for Euronics Ireland .."

"I will never buy from this shop again and here's why: I went to buy a very big fridge and I asked and agreed with the seller that he will arrange for delivery and removal of the carton as I can't carry and remove the streofoam base underneath the fridge. I also paid and received it in one month later and I asked for a receipt to show the delivery date on it. I also asked for the removal of the old fridge. The seller agreed and promised that they will do all of that!!! On the delivery day, the delivery guy was very rude. He didn't remove the box nor the base. He also didn't want to wait for 2 minutes to remove one screw that is holding the old fridge on the wall and he didn't have the receipt. I offered him extra money to wait till I remove that one screw, I wasn't even told by the seller to remove any screws, he refused and walked away. He pushed the new fridge very hard and in a hurry causing a near damage in one of my radiators. As a woman living with my elderly mother, it was very hard to move the fridge in the box in the hallway. I had to look for help. So, they are very sweet to make you buy from them but after that they are very rude. The delivery guy was happy to leave a huge fridge in the hallway in a box and walk away without a proper conversation. I don't recommend buying from this shop, I will never ever buy anything from them again. Sweet talkers before you buy and very rude after payment. I am going to the other shops in town, the other shops treat women and elderly people with respect and they offer better services as well."
