I dealt with CIARA...my regular chemist is Barratt pharmacy castlecomer..One item on perception wasnt clearly written so I can understand the reason this medication wasn't distributed. She repeatedly told me to go to my regular pharmacy while I repeatedly told her one medication was not in stock and they were finding it hard to source and could not confirm when it would be available.. I gave her the phone no off Barratts pharmacy which she very reluctantly rang and again told me there were decrepencys between me and the chemist that it was in stock. I had to ring my regular chemist again to state it was not available. I was 45 min waiting for the two items to very reluctantly be administered I have never had such a bad experience in my 55 yrs with any chemist or sales assistant. It would have been easier to Rob a bank than get the items prescribed.. would not recommend dealing with this person. . When eventually she gave the medication she walked away and left me standing until I realised she wasnt approaching the counter again and I asked another lovely lady to take the money so I could leave"

"Disgraceful, I rang on Sunday to say an emergency script was being emailed from caredoc. I arrived an hour later and they hadn't even printed it off. I was told to wait twenty minutes. Frustrated I waited while a friend of the pharmacy came in asked for a repeat script and was served before me. I questioned this and was told there is a certain way they work. BULL. Pharmacies work on a queuing system and they were totally unprofessional. Wish I could give 0 star"
