"I came from the hospital emergency department with a prescription for my drugs and the staff told me to come back after an hour when it will be ready. This is unacceptable wait for medication after an emergency. In another pharmacy chain the wait was only 5 minutes. I am going to make an official complaint with The Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) about the Mulligan`s Pharmacy policy prescription preparation and prioritisation."
"Moved from Tramore over two years ago and always used the Mulligans Pharmacy in Tramore, the staff were excellent courteous and always had prescriptions on time, having used the Mulligan's in Lisduggan I can't say the same, several times my prescription hasn't been ready and missing items and ointments etc lower than what's on the prescription, and the foreign girl on the counter is so rude to customers,I find the staff overall not very efficient, more interested in carrying on their conversation whilst customers wait. I'll be contacting my GP to send my prescription elsewhere, as the service is abysmal, but on a plus note the store is always immaculate and clean, and some good bargains to be had!"
