"Travelled up to EPT Carlow with the sole intention of purchasing 4-5 DeWalt items for my company. Arrived about 2pm. There were 2 employees stocking shelves and displays. Another behind the counter taling to a customer(?). We asked both employees for some information on prices etc. Both told us we were to talk to the man behind the counter. After waiting 15 minutes without receiving as much as a recognition we left the store. Either there aren't enough qualified sales people there or they don't need the custom. Pity. My €2K will be spent elsewhere."
