"Wonderful staff! Great opening hours ! Best pharmacy in Galway in my opinion"
"Absolutely the best pharmacy in Galway or ever based on my visits to pharmacies. The pharmacists are so trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest and empathetic. They helped me out when I had an emergency recently and went over and above my expectations. Today I was trying to get in touch with my doctor regarding a prescription but didn't get a reply. I called the pharmacy in Briarhill and the pharmacist totally put my mind at rest. Thank you all at Briarhill Pharmacy!"
"I made an appointment today to have the flu jab . Appointment was for 1pm, l was shown to a waiting seat at 1pm, taken to side room directly , and a very friendly staff member administered the injection, pain free ! I was back in my car at 1.10 ! Excellent service! Recommend highly! Will definitely return again!"
"Poor customer service. I've just went by to buy Paracetamol. So I asked to a staff member where it was, who promptly led me to the till as the Paracetamol was behind it. I intended to choose and buy the one from Pfizer, Paraextra because those works better for me. The yellow and blue capsule quicky melts and the med works faster, which helps me to sleep. If I take the normal ones it will take hours to make effect, making me have a bad sleep do to tiredness and slow reaction, and a drowsy morning. Right. Back to the purchase: I said hello and asked for Paracetamol. When I was about to point to the one I wanted, the person on the till quickly grabbed a grey pack, till-read it and gave me already packed and charged, waiting for my card. me: "but I..." the person: "They're all the same, same dosage, it's just different brands". I said "fine", paid and left. I know the one I wanted is 3 times the price of the one I took. I also know that I might head to Tesco as soon as I have time to buy the one I want, and probably throw this one away. What I don't know and can't tell is whether the presence of an foreign-mid-aged man on his way to work wearing jacket and back pack is innapropriate for a fancy beauty boutique."
"Very poor service. I think it’s because it’s the only pharmacy in the area and they don’t have competition but anyway they could train their staff better and I am talking about the counter for meds, supplements and prescriptions. On the other counters for beauty and perfums the girls are lovely"
