"A very special and memorable meal. Aniar is a one ⭐️ Michelin restaurant which is very well deserved. A 22 dishes diner which are for most of it outstanding, all products are Irish sourced. The 22 courses meal is 140 euros, a real treat and a meal to remember"
"Thank you to the chef & staff for taking us around Ireland. Exquisitely tasting all local products. The tasting menu with the wine was incredible. Simple, beautiful ingredients combined simply, freshly & innovative. The oyster ice cream was mind boggling, the mushroom & hamhock divine, beef carpaccio sent us into silence because each bite was perfection. The sommelier introduced us to sake, wine from Slovenia (wow!) and a Spanish white(moscatel) that fit with each Irish delight. Michelin star well deserved. The timing of each dish- perfect. The venue- cosy lit, comfortable chairs, beautiful soft warm interior, perfect temperature, noise level low, space was sufficient. Not pretentious, international staff, kind, warm and perfectly professional. And the nice touch of an envelope at the end- which includes the menu & wines, and map with list of suppliers."
"Gorgeous intimate Michelin restaurant, very professional and polished, as you would expect. Staff were lovely, and the plates were gorgeous, and delicious, the photos say it all. Top tip, ordering a couple of bottles from the wine list is probably better value than the flight of wines, you won’t get to try as many tasty wines, but you’ll get more bang for your buck. In a similarly ‘thrifty’ vein be warned that the glass of fizz offered on arrival is €25."
"My wife and I have been fortunate to have had some wonderful meals over the last few years and this meal was one of the best. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the experience was top notch. We appreciated how each course was discussed by the chef or server that presented it to us and answered our questions clearly. The sommelier was excellent as we discussed the type of wine we enjoyed and he guided us to a few selections that might work for us and the menu and the choice we made was excellent as was the sherry he suggested for the desert courses. The use of local ingredients in dishes that truly were unique made this our favorite meal during our stay in Ireland."
"Wonderful fun dining experience! Thanks so much to all at team Aniar for your delightful food, wine and fab service. What a fab place to celebrate my birthday! We found flavours and our all round experience to have surpassed all other wonderful nights that we dined at this restaurant. Look forward to our next visit already! Well done and thanks to all of you!"
