"Store communication was good, the price was very reasonable, my only negative comment is about the material used in the packaging - the purchase (biofire) was well protected but used masses of unrecyclable and un-reusable (at least for me) polystyrene - more landfill. We had an issue with the stove top plate, not properly sealing on the log burner side and top, it looked like a casting problem, clearly a manufacturing issue, not the sellers fault, I sent some photos off via email and the company replaced the top within the week. Really appreciate the service. Thank you."
"I have to give 100% to this company. Very nice bunch of lads and top service. Dimitri is a very helpful guy. I purchased a stove two weeks ago and after two/three lights I noticed a crack in the top plate, I called Dimitri and I had no hassle whatsoever.
