"This is the first time I have been to Willoughby's in over 20 years. Customer service was extremely unsatisfactory. I found the staff to be very unpleasant and rude. The rude staff were two elderly men standing behind the counter, no hello, no thanks - zero manners. When I asked questions about the items they were very passive aggressive and sarcastic. Considering their age these men should be ashamed of themselves. I won't shop here again and I would advice you to look elsewhere in another town where customer service would be satisfactory."

"Very rude customer service. Especially one man, who told me not to come back or shop somewhere else. In this feedback I am not going to explain even what was the reason. I'll never go back again As owner outlined here his response like I refused to wear mask, I have to change my feedback in here. I have allergies and some other health difficulties and thanks to this also now complications as well, I really can not wear mask. There is a law regarding exemptions, I'm not just playing around with law, I have a reason and I explained that to shop assistant. It's difficult enough for me shop somewhere as this question "why don't you wear mask?" makes me feel uncomfortable. However, as owner says that they have click and collection service also available, they don't have actually everything that they have in shop available, in web-shop. I needed some specific things and these are not available on website. My partner wore mask, so it should not mean that I just refused to wear one, and when my partner asked what to do in case someone can't wear mask? We were told to shop somewhere else or not to enter this shop. I have document to prove my exemption, was willing to even show this but no one even didn't listen to me really. Anyway by law I actually don't even have to show my health issues to everyone, my exemption should be accepted just when I say that I am exempt or I can not wear one. Basically I am discriminated because of my health problems. Thanks a lot. Never seen something like that in my life before"
