"Worst and rudest treatment ever! I was about to enter this shop earlier with my 8 year old. After entering an elderly man on the side to us, doing paperwork, said to us in an aggressive way. "Sanitise your hands!" pointing to the sanitiser. No "hi, welcome, how can I help you". After I asked why (as we had clean hands) I was told "to be admitted". Needless to say, given this customer experience we left immediately and won't ever come back. My daughter said afterwards "what a horrible man"."
