Easy to get a hold of for questions. Know a lot about the product your buying. All round great experience. The ratings from a few years ago I believe are out dated. "This company has the worst after sales and customer service I have ever come across. I purchased a 3 phase heater that broke within 12 weeks. Reported it to ie depot on the 12th of December - I had to keep following up with them until the second week in January as to what they were going to do with my heater. The heater was eventually collected 1 week late from when it was meant to be and I was told I’d have it back in 1 week. Still no heater back and we are approaching 3 weeks. No communication, no answers, Just Lies. I would not recommend ie depot and would advise to take your money else where"

"Bought Co2 gas and paid deposit for gas bottle 110 euro. After few months they couldnt provide delivery, so i returned bottle . Waited fo month and half deposit back, and got just 60 euro back , Thieves, low life loosers. Thats last time that i bought anything there."

"Review ammended to take account of a mistake 11/4/18. We invested a lot into this crowds Gas systems for our garage. In theory it is a good idea however their 3rd party delivery is hit an miss as to when it will turn up. Not good when your out of product and waiting for a delivery that can take days to come. We rang in an order an for mig gas (phone records proof of call and time it lasted). Placed order and gave payment details. Again left hanging and a week later we had to start again with a new and since then excellent and dependable supplier. We left a bad review and got a call from what is only an obnoxious little man. Not too fussed with the fact he let us down but that we have him a bad review for it. Said obnoxious man the found the time to send us a registered letter makes threats to sue us if we dont remove the review. In fairness we did claim they processed the payment which they turn out didn’t as they never bothered with our order in the first place! This review and others point to the fact they are no good to deal with so unless you like registered post from your suppliers looking to sue you for their lack of cop on then avoid them. They also spam you with ‘sales’ that aren’t actually sales but spam marketing trying to con you into buying from them. AVOID!!!"
