"Just yesterday I had a very comfortable journey thanks to one particular staff member. She really went above and beyond. I was travelling with my 2.5month old baby and as I sat there settling her, the staff member offered me a large pillow for my back, helped close the curtain so that the sun wasn't in my babies eyes and gave me a drink of water without me even having to ask her. She helped make the experience really enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you so much, absolutely brilliant. The scenery along the river was beautiful and the bus man was very friendly to and helped me with my pram. Really kind staff team altogether and would highly recommended the barrow princess."
"Couldn’t fault this boat cruise at all, 4 adults and a 6 year old took this cruise from New Ross to Waterford and back today and it was absolutely brilliant. Boat was very clean and comfortable, plenty of hot and cold drinks and snacks. Choice of top deck or lovely comfy seats inside. Both the captain and the staff were very nice and friendly! My 6 year old got to sail the boat and he was very happy with himself! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cruise for anybody young or old! Thanks again for a lovely day"
