"I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the tile factory and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help me find the perfect tiles for my home renovation project. The showroom was immaculately organized and displayed a wide variety of tiles, from classic to contemporary styles, all of which were of the highest quality. The staff were patient and attentive as I browsed through the selection, providing expert advice and answering all of my questions. Once I had made my selections, the ordering process was quick and easy, and the delivery was prompt and hassle-free. The tiles arrived in perfect condition, and I was thrilled with the end result of my renovation project. Overall, I would highly recommend the tile factory to anyone looking for high-quality tiles and exceptional customer service. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about helping customers find the perfect tiles for their needs. "We had been considering re-modelling our bathroom along with updating the splash back and floor tiles in our kitchen and utility for some time. We received a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we went with their advice. The Tile Factory is literally a one stop shop which made the entire process a stress free experience for us. We were able to arrange a no obligation call out to take measurements, we chose all our tiles in their showroom in Ennistymon. They organised the removal of the old tiles and the installation of the new tiles. Not to mention they organised a plumber to fit the sanitary ware etc. I cannot speak highly enough of all the team (Cyril, Niall, Clare, Deirley & James) at The Tile Factory. "The Tile Factory were recommended that they would be able to provide tiles and tilers to replace a bathroom due to a flood. We needed someone dependable and were glad we had a recommendation from a trusted source. We tried to order tiles remotely and initially they said they could, then they couldn't. They arranged for the owner to meet us at the store and we took time off work to go meet him. We notified them before leaving as it would be a 3 hour + round trip journey. When we got there we were told the owner was not there. We picked tiles despite this, with the staff. One staff member who was dealing with us, went to get us a quote and came back with a new customer! We then found out the owner WAS ACTUALLY ON SITE but was too busy to give us a quote. They promised he would follow up with one that evening or the next day. That was two weeks ago. Despite following up they never came back to us. Every other tile store quoted us on the spot. I am glad some have had a good experience with The Tile Factory but for us it has been one of the worst experiences I have every had. You can check my reviews, I try to promote good businesses where I can. But the Tile Factory were simply awful."
