"I no longer go here because I was always left waiting a minimum of 30 mins, usually more for every appointment. I was never informed that there was a delay, absolutely no respect for people's time. I would rather leave and return if given the option but never was. I kept returning simply because no other salon could remove and refill the product they use. After waiting for forty minutes again on my last visit with no acknowledgement or apology for the delay I asked for the acrylic overlay to be removed as I hadn't enough time for a refill. This was done very poorly, there is still a layer left and I was charged for it. No apology at all. They are a little cheaper than elsewhere if you can afford the time"

"I am a carer and brought a Service User, who has an intellectual disability to get her nails painted to this establishment today. When I first arrived, I asked the lady working at the till, if they had any appointments for nails. She responded yes and assumed the appointment was for myself and offered to do my nails. When I explained it was for the Service user, she refused and informed me they no longer have an appointment available. I was confused and questioned why the appointment was no longer available, she just kept refusing so I asked her to clarify why she would not paint her nails. She tried to say that in case she bit her nails, it would not be good.I explained that she has had her nails painted before and she knows to let them dry. She still refused to paint them and completely discriminated against this person because of her disability. Her behaviour was disgusting and I cannot believe I've witnessed people carrying on like this in 2023. I am so angry that I had to write this review to let people know how they treat people. Absolutely inhumane to treat anyone like this."

"Loved it. Staff were very friendly. Young woman who did my nails for me explained everything as we went along. A really enjoyable experience and I'll definitely be going back."
