"Disappointing first visit to this nail bar yesterday. Found it unfriendly and uncomfortable. The nail technician was on her phone even as she was doing my nails! As was her colleague beside her so standard practice. She hardly spoke a single word to me throughout except to say 'cash only' when she was finished. Did an average job, which lasted all of two days, but no engagement whatsoever and showed absolutely no interest in me as a customer. Not a nice experience. Will not be back and would not recommend."
