"To be honest, we had a very, very, very disappointing meal on Saturday night. Two of the three of us cannot eat dairy and their website boasts a full vegan and vegetarian menu, which we were told wasn't available!! Every single starter, main course and desert had milk,cheese or cream in it and when I ordered the smoked salmon without the cream sauce, out came a round of salmon on a plate with literally nothing else. It is a 5 star hotel, and the chef couldn't do better than that? We felt they were offering 3 star food and charging 5 star prices....such as €28 euro for a onion and garlic risotto is just criminal. Onion and garlic is the base for all risottos, so they didn't even add a thing and charged a ridiculous price for something that would cost you less than €1 to produce. You must think people are mugs. We travel the world staying in 5 star hotels and we've never been so disappointed. A dairy intolerance should be catered for in any establishment. It's not a fad diet, it's a medical necessity. It's a well documented allergy that's been acknowledged for many years before even gluten free. My husband's chicken curry was bland and tasteless. Avoid at all costs."

"Pleasant dinner with a large group. Good service and everyone enjoyed their meal. Those who ordered steaks really enjoyed them. Remember to ask for bread. It’s complimentary, but not sure they would have brought it out if we didn’t ask. Was disappointed that one of their craft beers was out. Also, needed to turn down the lights in the dining area. But overall, a tasty meal."
