"Made a booking in advance for a birthday booking. Arrived to the restaurant at 5:30 and was told they ran out of food. The manager was extremely rude. They didn’t even bother to call and let us know. Unprofessional, to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend! This is not how you operate a business."

"If i could give a 0 star i would to this Restaurant. We went in with my 2 sons yesterday evening, my youngest son who is 9 has autism and is non verbal, a lovely girl came to take our order and couldnt have been nicer asking us if our table was ok etc. Than my 9 year old became a bit unsettled and started to cry. A male staff member came to our table and abruptly said can you do something to get him to stop crying, i explained my son had autism and he said yeah i know but can you get him to stop we have other diners. He was so rude we got up and left, as we were going out we met another male staff member who was even ruder. Just to point out the female staff was horrified and kept trying to apologise. I will never go back, i have read other reviews about the staff being so helpful etc, it seems this does not extend to people with extra needs like my son...shame on them..."

"Nice menu selection. Price good. Service excellent, the girls working there couldn’t be more helpful and nothing was a problem! Enjoyed a very pleasant evening at this restaurant. From the exterior we didn’t expect it to be so lovely inside. Will definitely revisit!"

"Dirty menus, terrible customer service if I could rate a zero I would. I found glass in my food which I was chewing , I felt something hard and took a lump of glass out of my mouth, brought it to the attention of a member of staff. She asked to bring the piece of glass in to the chef. When she returned they had "lost" the piece of glass and the chef refused to meet with me. I said that he should meet me to explain or at least apologise for the food that I was served. The waitress returned yet again from the kitchen saying the chef was busy and if I had a problem that I should take things further. I asked for a number for a manager or owner as there seemed to be nobody on to speak to. After about 40 minutes and alot of silly talk later the owner met us at the restaurant. After a chat with him to explain what had happened we left even more deflated. He told us that he would review the situation and cctv and get in contact. ...im still waiting and that was over a week ago. Terrible that a paying customer can be made feel this bad. I will never eat there again. If a restaurant feels that it is ok to serve glass in food then shame on them."
