"Where do I start... We went to A Night With The Stars 13 February lastnight. The seating is uncomfortable, people are on top of each other and it's definitely a health and safety risk. The staff are helpful and friendly but it doesn't appear to be 'well managed'. There were people clearly not attending the concert, standing near the bar at the back making a lot of noise disturbing people who paid for seats. I mentioned this to Kieran, a staff member who was very helpful and made several attempts to move them but not a manager in sight to address the issue. Also an Ambulance had to come in to remove a person who became ill and rather than let the Ambulance crew remove the person swiftly, people were standing around in the path of the Ambulance crew gawping. The Ambulance also couldn't drive to the door because the car park was blocked. Serious issues need to be addressed by management. I don't think there should be a bar that was not only open during the band playing it was also next to seating area and the loudness was very intrusive. From other reviews I have seen similar comments and the issue still hasn't seen addressed by management. Put a divider between the bar and concert area where people who pay orr seats can hear what they paid for. These people wandered down from the bar area were loud and noisy and should not have been given access to a bar beside people trying to enjoy a concert."

"I attended the theatre for Michael Moloney on Sat 11th Feb, fantastic shoe by a great songwriter and performer with an impressive support from Chris. Unfortunately, the seating arrangement was a disaster which left people standing for the night, some effort was made to bring in extra seats but way below what was required. Disappointing venue, great performance."

"Convenient local venue for us. Uncomfortable seats. Security did not do their job properly - did not request those audience members, who stood up in the seated area during part of the performance, to sit down. Therefore, our view was blocked. Message for those selfish people... Go buy a cheaper ground floor ticket if you want to stand up during the performance!"
