"Got a double helix done yesterday. I noticed when I came home the angle of the two piercings were not aligned. Went back in to them today and only option was to remove one. Very disappointing experience as I will have to wait another 3 months to get re-pierced which is a major inconvenience. No explanation or apology was offered, they did however mention to come back in 3 months to get re-pierced but I refused as I do not trust the services offered here."

"I got my smiley done by Fernanda yesterday, I am petrified of needles and she sat with me for about 15 minutes giving me time to prepare. She explained the process to me, did breathing exercises with me, gave me piercing advice and just talked with me about my interests and life. She also reminded me that I didn't have to get it done if I didn't feel ready and said I could back another day. It was very reassuring and sweet and in the end I managed to get it done and she did it well. She gave me her card with her Instagram so I can keep her updated and to ask questions if I had any. She showed me the mouth wash she recommends and all, overall she was very caring and sensitive to my needs. So far the piercing is great too."
