"Absolutely appaling service. My husband and I had just come in from an incredibly grueling hike, and really craved some food and a hot beverage. Perhaps we didn't look the part, being in hiking gear!? We took a seat at an unassuming corner of the room, and sat there looking around for a waiter to help us to place our orders. After a few minutes, a waitress half-heartedly asked us if we were alright, not waiting for a response. I followed her with my gaze to try and get her attention, only to see her smirk to a colleague and promptly ignore us. Needless to say, we walked out, and won't be recommending this restaurant to any of our international friends and family. Very poor."
"We went for lunch today.firstly we were told the soup was leak and potato very nice,but we were presented with vegetables soup.we also ordered roast turkey and ham ,what was delivered was a slider of turkey upon a wet mix tyme, flour ,onion, with a bare slice of processed ham, accompanied by over cooked (burnt) vegetables .swimming extremely strong( packet) gravey, and to add insult to injury the Irish coffee was just coffee with a cheap whisky,so overall it was blooming awful."
"Staff here were so lovely they made my daughter and moms break away so amazing by kindness and attentiveness and being child friendly to a very excited small girl who was so excited to gave a hotel night with her nani. Thank you to all the staff who took the time to be kind and caring to a small excited girl. It made their break away worth every penny. Highly reccommend"
