"Can be inconsistent, sometimes food is great and orders accurate. Some days orders are wrong and the food isn't prepared very well. Could probably do with quality control to get things consistent"

"I witnessed an abhorrent interaction at your Castletroy store today. While I stood with my 3 grandchildren waiting for our order, a group of delinquents began acting up in the restaurant. These thugs were harassing two young women who were sitting at a table nearby. For about 10 minutes these "gentlemen" threw food and jeered at these two young women. One such young man, spit ketchup onto the floor like an animal. The behaviour of these hooligans was awful but even more awful the staff simply stood by. Two staff members wearing white shirts, one man and a woman, simply stood by watching these ruffians. The male staff member only interrupted the blatant harrassment of the young women only after one of them directly looked at him. Not a glance! I explicitly saw this young woman stare directly at this man, and then after yet another delay he then dained to spring into action! Horrific! I will never be coming back again! This is ridiculous carry on out of a so called family restaurant!"

"My kids love the food but they are kids, was in recently got my food order wrong 3 times , shocking service nobody really at desk as they want you to order from machine, also called in a few mornings asked for milkshake to be told not at the moment. Service poor, smile it costs nothing remember you chose to work there."

"Fast food service. The place is crowded lot of times but still you can manage to get seats in 5 mins. The new self ordering machines work great and easy to use. The location is great as people from the castletroy town centre and odeon movies can come here easily for fast food. They have a table full of tablets setup for kids to play. Can get noisy with kids and the crowd some times. There are toilets/ accessible toilets available. Staff keep changing all the time. I was once denied for ketchup by one of the staff who was old(was a bit rude), good thing he is not there anymore. Except that, the staff are really good. They always clean up the table for you, if they miss, you can ask, they’ll do it right away. Drive through is available. The place is renovated and fully functional from few months. The best thing here would be the quick service. The vouchers I got after a survey of McD didn’t work at all."
