"Black mould ridden, cold, the electricity cost 40 euro a week without using any of the power grade F storage heaters and trust me you will never get that deposit back, they will find any excuse to keep it so don't bother paying that last month rent and leave the place as a dump because you sure will run into it like a dump. The "hight speed WiFi to all apartments" is blatent false advertising as less than half of the apartments can actually get one of the wifi signals. It has also been down and when the wifi goes down (quite often also) it can go down for a week, it has currently been down for a week now since the 2nd of May 2019 and is still down the 8th of May. And there is no way to contact management about this issue, I have tried ringing a little more than 12 times now and emailed them even more to still get no reply. People who have relied on the Internet for final year projects and who are entering there final week of exams have now been left without Internet access. In my time here I have lived in 3 different blocks in the complex and it is all the same, 4 years and this is not a new story. Do not rent here, it is a pit and the management only care about the money."
"3 bedroom apartment student accomodation; single bed small rooms. Large living space and balcony. 1 bathroom. Electricity uses pinergy service. Free wifi. Laundry service is awkward where you have to collect tokens from the headquarters located at a separated location. Approx. 10-15 walk from city centre. Petrol station located near with a parcel motel service."
