Storage heaters only in apartment"

"Booked a group of houses for a week for a family get together for Easter 2020. Bud due to COVID restrictions the date had to be moved a number of times. However each time the date was moved the price was put up a considerable amount and there was not option for a refund so we were backed into a corner, not professional in my opinion and bad business as I won't be retuning nor would I recommend any one to use this company. We stayed in Dunmore East, houses were in a great location close to golf course and a 10 min stroll to the village. Lovely restaurants, walks etc.. However for the start of the holiday season I found the houses to be poorly prepaired, outside the houses were scruffy, dirty windows, weeds in gutters and could badly do with a paint. Inside they were functional but again tired and could do with a paint. The houses were not well equipped (e.g. No towels, hair dryer etc...) . One house had no hot running water and heat system was not working. Basic checks were not done, with one house missing a bulb in the sitting room. With a bit of effort, care and attention these house would be lovely, but as they were and how we were treated it was disappointing and won't be returning. We book 3/4 houses every year for a week."

"Do not stay here. When my friends and I had to cancel our booking as a result of rising covid cases and irelands new restrictions, not only did they refuse a refund but they wouldn’t negotiate at all and they wouldn’t give us a credit to use in the future. That’s right, we paid in full and they wouldn’t even let us reschedule. In fact they told us to ignore the newly imposed restrictions. This place only cares about money and not about the health of the people staying with them."

"I would highly advise against booking anything at this establishment. I was supposed to stay here for a New Year’s Eve wedding that had to be postponed due to the new covid restrictions and rising cases. This is something that is out of our control and not only we’re they not understanding they clearly do not care about the health and safety of their guests. Not only would they not provide us with a full refund they wouldn’t even provide us with a credit to use in the future. This affected almost every guest that was planning on attending the wedding. Do not book here while covid is still around because they do not care what restrictions are put in place they only want your money."

"I was supposed to be staying at these homes for New Year's Eve. Given the gravity of the situation in Ireland and the rising amount of cases due to the new variant, we decided to cancel. Lea informed us we were only to be refunded a small amount and were unable to give us a voucher. I was completely appalled at the way this company handled our situation. Given we are in a global pandemic where things can change rapidly, you would think they would have a more lenient and compassionate cancellation policy. They clearly don't care about the health of their guests. I am writing this to warn future guests to not book unless absolute certain they can go because their refund policy is disgraceful."
