"I went onto barbers today to get a battery put into my watch the watch was working when I braught it in just batter low I went back to collect my watch 20 min later and the watch was handed back not working Cathal came out from back area and approached me and said I was insuinating he broke my watch I told him I braught it in working and only kneeded a battery He spoke innapropiate to me and cursed in fronth of my child I asked him not to speak like that in fronth of a child and would he like if it was his child present his reply was that why I asked you to come into back area His mother was present and 2 staff members I would hope his mother would speak to him and explain you cannot speak to customers like that or curse at them I shoped here for years I'll never step footh in this shop again"
