"Not keen on this restaurant. The honey ribs were very dry with very little honey. I had lemon chicken and the sauce was more like vinegar than lemon. I would neither recommend this restaurant or get food here again. Tried this restaurant again a few weeks ago and my review would be the same. Waited at the till for about ten minutes while the person on the counter was answering calls and putting in orders, only to find out that our food was the order on the counter waiting! Needless to say our food was cold. The quality of the food here is just not good, sorry I gave it another try!"
"A genuinely fantastic restaurant /take away. I spoke to a lovely polite lady and nothing was too much trouble. Our food was promptly delivered to Dromineer (we were on a boating holiday) by a really pleasant chap and the food was absolutely superb. I couldn't recommend Golden Star highly enough."
