"Stayed in the family room which had these bunk beds the kids loved. Breakfast next morning was delicious. Declan a pleasure to deal with. Call them for best deals. Excellent playground right outside. Could watch boats being put to water from our room- Brillo! Nearby whiskey still does good food. Overall great value for money."

"We stayed one night here and it was great. At the beginning the room was a little bit cold but it got warm fast. The owner was amazing. He helped us finding a local pub and even spoke German a little bit. We really enjoyed our nice conversation at breakfast. As we experienced the first snow since 3 years he also warned us of the irish drivers and helped us getting rid of the snow on our car. Thank you very much for that!"

"Fantastic and extremely comfortable accomodation very clean also. The cafe provided a lovely & tasty breakfast using the freshest and best of quality local produce the service was excellent. Would highly recommend and we will be definitely back again as it's located in the most beautiful spot right beside the lake."

"I can only review the cafe as I didn't avail of the other services. The cafe is located in a beautiful location, very scenic and appealing, so expected the cafe to be equally impressive. However, there were a couple of waitresses just standing around, staring into space while we were there waiting to order, not a smile between them. The boss was around and didn't say anything so he obviously finds this level of services acceptable. The 7up can that they dropped to the table was dirty which was very off-putting. One toilet only for everybody which was just not practical, especially when 7 people are lining up behind you. Finally and probably worst of all, when paying at the till, I had decided to buy a couple of muffins to go. However, the muffins were not covered and right beside the counter was an open rubbish bin. So flies were coming from the bin and on to the muffins. I believe the Food Safety Authority would shut that down ASAP. Needless to say, I paid my bill and got out of there. How can an establishment have so many obvious issues that's clear to see to everyone but them? And such a beautiful location, what a disappointment. AVOID!!!"
