"On holiday in Galway 8 months pregnant with a potty training 2 year old. Both desperate for the bathroom and happened to pass by this Apaches. Asked desperate for help to use the restroom was denied. When I asked why was told it was broken. Beyond desperate at this point I begged to use the staff one to which they also said no. When I asked where had a toilet I could use the rude staff directed me out of town. Left running and in tears. Unable to comment on quality of food but staff attitude was aweful and left me feeling embarrassed. Running down the street looking somewhere to go. Not happy"
"Food is fair but I had a very rude encounter with the delivery driver. I chose "contactless free" delivery and when he got here he expected me to go out on the street, but I couldn't because I had a baby upstairs and I was in my bathrobe. So when he eventually came to the door he shouted at me and gave out to me for getting my food delivered. I never ever have any issues with delivery when it comes to all the other take aways in Loughrea. But this guy was so rude and there was no contactless delivery like I opted for. I won't be ordering from Apache ever again and I will be telling everybody about this. If you're going to be rude about the services available then you need a new driver. Very unprofessional and disappointing."
"Pizza is good, but they are only willing to deliver when it suits them. We live outside town, and delivery is no problem when either ordering on a Tuesday or when the food order is over €100, but they are completely unwilling to deliver when 'only' placing a food order worth about €30. It should be noted that they charge an extra €18 to deliver to our house, regardless of the order value, which we are always happy to pay. The last straw was this evening - I will not be ordering here ever again."
