"I went to this hair salon last Saturday 15th April 2023. I went in with a very specific style in mind. I explained in detail to the stylist what I wanted, a short layered at the back graduated bob. She said no problem washed my hair and sat me down. Then another client came in, the stylist called over a young lad and told me he was going to do it instead. She spoke to him in Portuguese to tell him what I wanted. I first noticed his hands were shaking and he was unable to understand me. The other stylist went upstairs so there was no one to help communicate. He made a disaster of my hair. Fist he left it way too long and had to cut it shorter. Then he hacked way too much off the front and no layers in back. It is honestly one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had. He tried to hide the flaws with the blow dry but that didn't help. There were huge chunks missing from the front, over and inch longer on the left hand side and no layers at the back. I had to leave to catch the bus to work and did not have time to fix it. He told me it would cost €25, I'm assuming because he did not appear qualified but the other stylist appeared and said no €45. I actually feel really stupid for paying but like I said I was rushing to work at that point. I was so unbelievably upset when I left. Everyone in work noticed the state my hair was in. Since then I have had to go to a different salon to get my hair fixed. Unfortunately because of the state he left it in I've had to go much shorter than I would have liked to but it does look good now. I will never set foot in this salon again."
