Because HB Nails is not only about the beauty but , what's most important about the health of our foot and hands. "Girls if you wanna spoil your mood and see the message of the master that she can’t take you 20 min before an appointment don’t go to this “ salon” . I had an appointment for do my nails on the 6th of May. I booked it in advance cause I am working on week and Saturday perfect day for do procedure. Day before appointment lady wrote me and asked can I come earlier . I said that no problem , I can come earlier and I asked about eircode and do they take terminal or money transfers. I was waiting for answer but I didn’t get it. Next morning 11:30 was my appointment. It’s Saturday morning , I am driving to do my nails and 20 min before I am getting message from receptionist that lady who have to do my nails has temperature and she can’t take me . Seriously? You didn’t know it before ? People who work here not responsible and they don’t know how to treat a client. So I didn’t do my nails and back home with spoiled mood .Its really first time when it’s happened with me. In Saturday it’s unreal to find a master who is free .They left me without manicure and spoiled my plans. Girls don’t go here."
