"Stayed here May 2019, great location on main road. Walking distance to downtown area. Very accessible to motorways to Cliffs of Moher and other sites. Very filling breakfast and friendly owners. Room was adequate for my wife and I. Would recommend it for all. Will a stay here again if we get back to Ennis."

"We visited Ireland for two weeks and this hotel gets a poor rating in comparison to six other places we stayed. Poor heating kept us awake most of the night. There was issues with the heating system and after multiple request we had to sleep in cold room. Due to this we could not wake up early and missed our breakfast. We had requested late checkin (11pm)and checkout (12pm) prior to booking and this was confirmed on the phone. The lady was rude and kept on repeating the checkout time is 11 am. She shut off the internet at 11 am despite our request to have it for 10 min. We were out of there by 11.05 am . We are from Canada and like to travel around the world. We didn’t expect such poor customer service and rude behaviour in Ireland. While making the payment through her machine there seemed to be an issue with the connection and she asked us to go to a bank atm and pay her in cash. That is simply unacceptable. My warning to other travellers is to stay away from this place. She claimed operating like this ( rudely) for 20 years. Her husband and son seemed decent and tried to cover for her rude behaviour. I have pity on both of them that they have to tolerate her everyday . We were out of that jail and paid ridiculous amount of 100 Euros. The lady needs to google meaning of customer service and visit the psychiatrist to control her anger."

"Fantastic place to stay, just on the outside of Ennis town. I stayed there for a wedding that was on in the Inn at Dromoland. The room was lovely, the breakfast was amazing and the owners were very nice. They were very helpful with arranging transport to and back to the wedding venue. They were more then happy to have a chat and answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"Very nice rooms and wonderful hosts. Would recommend anyone to stay here and it will be well worth it. Couldn't ask for more gracious hosts, the gentleman even helped me change a flat on my rental car."
