"It's a fine place, the pizza is nice, I had the vegetarian one and liked it, those who chose the margarita were fairly disappointed though. Big place, suitable for children and big groups."

"I am a regular at primos restaurant in Kilkenny. Service is usually great and so is the food but the last 4 times I have visited I have been disappointed. The pizza are simply not cooked enough, it is very off putting when you take a bite out of your pizza fresh out of the oven and get a mouth full of chicken or ham that is ice cold in the centre. Every time i specifically ask the waiter / waitress to ask the Chef to cook the pizza that little bit more but still comes out with cold toppings. I would expect the chef would try meet my demands especially when paying €15.95 for a pizza"

"Bruschetta start was really good. Pizza was also really good, although a bit soggy in the middle. Rhey have a little soft play area in the corner of the restaurant to keep the smaller kids entertained, which was great for us. Staff were excellent."

"A warm, casual and inviting restaurant, very well suited to families. Lovely decor with authentic Italian vibes. Affordable menu and delicious cuisine. The only thing letting it down is customer service. On the day I visited (Sunday afternoon) it was moderately busy but well staffed for the number of customers. The person who took our order was the only one who was friendly, personable and who checked on us. But nobody checked on us during our meal and we had to wait a very long time to order. I would have liked additional drinks and I would have liked vinegar with my chips - neither I felt strongly enough about to get up and seek out service, but it would have been nice if staff came to check on us during the meal so that these things could have been requested. Again, the food was delicious and well priced, so for that reason I will likely return but I would hope for better customer service next time."
