"I arranged an Easter Bouquet for my Mom this year. Thought by calling directly to Cashel Flowers, she would receive a higher quality bouquet. On the phone I selected the top priced bouquet suggested. I was assured that they would "make up something very special with some beautiful Lilac and roses they had in stock"On receiving a thank you note with photos of the flowers today, I was horrified to find not a single rose or snip of lilac in sight....instead: what looked like a seven Euro bunch of Carnations and fillers from Lidl. I consider that deliberately deceitful business practices and I will never again be a customer of this store."
