"I ordered an arrangement from Canada to my mother in law in Ireland 3 weeks in advance only to be told (on the day of delivery) that it's a holiday Monday. Fine.. (I get it, holiday Monday), then why is your system letting me order for a delivery on that day?. Then given complimentary chocolate bombs but upon delivery no chocolate bombs... then I get a email reply 2 days later.... Great product but extreme lack of communication and extremely disorganized (Business owner too busy to check emails). It's 2021 in a time where every one is glued to their phones specially if you're the business owner. How is it that the owner doesn't check their email?"
