"I ordered flowers for delivery and could never get a confirmation from this shop if they were ever actually delivered or not. I work for a global company, am based in the US, and am responsible for having flowers sent to team members world-wide who have lost a loved one or are hospitalized. I've worked with flower shops all over the world and have never run into such difficulty as I have with this shop. Normally I receive confirmation of delivery from a shop once it's been made. I did receive a confirmation email of my order, but it was odd . . It said "Thank you for your custom." Not even a complete sentence. I have emailed this shop four times (using their direct email address and their online contact form) over the last week asking for confirmation and providing the order number in question. I finally received one response from them asking for more information about my order (order number wasn't enough I suppose), I responded right away, and then nothing from them. I really don't want to have to reach out to the team member receiving the flowers to ask if they received them as it isn't professional, it's awkward, and the funeral service is now long over. I'm so frustrated!"
