"My husband and I made an appointment to discuss a new car. Got there on time. Gave my name to the receptionist who could not look less interested if she tried. No sign of the salesman who was busy even though we had an appointment. Sat down to wait. Waited 30 mins. No sign. Nobody even bothered to ask if we needed help, offered tea/coffee/water or brochures to look at whilst we waited if the salesman was 'busy'. So we left. Guess Lehane's don't need the sale, so we'll go back to Johnson & Perrott who at least know how to treat customers."
